How to Create a Spooky Multi-photo Halloween Layout

Spook-tactual greetings from Chris

I want to share how to create this spooky Halloween multi-photo layout using my Guest Design Team Kit from FotoBella! My kit was packed with the Photoplay’s All Hallows Eve Collection and is so colorful and fun to create with. Take a look at all the colors in this Set.

Photoplay’s All Hallows Eve Collection & Prima

The papers are perfect for all your Halloween photos. The 2-sided papers provide lots of color for all your fall creations.

For my layout I chose to show off some pictures of our family’s annual Halloween display. As you can see, our Halloween display features a lot of spooky animated creatures to entice trick or treaters (and their parents of course) to visit our house!

This scrapbook page features 8 photos! With that many photos it is easy to overwhelm a page. Using wallet sized photos allowed me to add many photos from our display. Cut the larger photo to remove distracting backgrounds. Mat all photos on black card stock.

To create the background of the Halloween layout, cut away an 11 x 11 inch square from the inside of Photoplay’s Ghosts and Goblins paper and add the 1 inch “frame” to the Photoplay’s Jack Paper.

Add matted photos as shown in finished project. Detail cut “Spooky” from Photoplay’s Spooky paper.

Mat onto black card stock and adhere to bottom left of layout. Add coordinating stickers ephemera from the collection to finish the page. You can see how the little pops of color add interest to you layout!

The final Halloween Details

The banners are a combination of ephemera and stickers. Embroidery floss bows added a little extra dimension to my project. And I just love how the focal photo jumps out at you!
