Hi Bloggers! ReNae here to share some news about what’s coming on the FotoBella blog in October. I’ll be posting a series of cardmaking tutorials using the Graphic 45 Halloween paper Midnight Tales! Throughout the month of October, I will take you through the cardmaking process, step-by-step. We will create three very different cards and two spooky tags using the beautiful products by Graphic 45. So, whether you are new to cardmaking, or an experienced card maker, this series is for you!
The Midnight Tales Paper Collection
I was so excited to see that Graphic 45 released a Halloween collection this year! Graphic 45’s latest paper collection is a magical Halloween fantasy, full of wickedly wonderful witches, festive orange pumpkins and superstitious black cats. You’ll be mesmerized by the saturated color palette of golden oranges, garden greens, dreamy purples, charcoal blacks and delicate creams. It’s the perfect collection for our cardmaking series!
Cardmaking Shopping List
For our cardmaking series you will first need to get the Graphic 45 Midnight Tales 12x12 Collection Pack, Graphic 45 Midnight Tales Stickers, Graphic 45 Midnight Tales Chipboard, Graphic 45 Midnight Tales Ephemera Assortment, and the Graphic 45 Midnight Tales Journaling Cards. I will also be using the Graphic 45 Midnight Tales coordinating Card Stock. You will also need black and ivory cardstock, and Graphic 45 Regular Tags in Black. Finally, you may want to purchase the Graphic 45 Policy & Decorative Dies, so that you can create your own embellishments. For the first card (below), you can purchase beaded trim from your local Hobby Craft store.(other additional supplies will be listed on individual tutorials)
Cardmaking fun
I hope you will join me this month as we create some beautifully spooky cards and tags! It's a lot of fun and by the end of the series, you’ll be able to recreate these cards and tags for all your friends!
