Lost and Found Flower Tutorial

Hello everyone! Jeri here, and I wanted to show you how to create a fun flower from scrapbook paper that you can use on any project.

If you have flower punches, you can use those. I found this template online and just printed it out. I liked it because it had 5 different sizes that work well with making a flower

Cut out the flower template and trace onto Breeze “Fun Day” Today Paper Sheet.

Cut your flowers out

In a small dish combine some coffee grinds and water. Or you can brew yourself a hot cup, and just use a little of that!

Using your sponge brush, dab coffee on each flower. Let the paper soak a little. Do not put too much, the paper will become too flimsy. Just enough to stain it and make the paper soft.

Crumple each of the flowers and let them sit for a few minutes.

After a few minutes the wrinkles should remain on each flower. Uncrumple them slightly.

With the brad of your choice, grab the smallest flower and push the brad through the center. Continue to do this with the rest of the flowers, going up in size. Open the brad back, to hold the flower in place.

Set the flower aside to dry. Once dry, the paper will stiffen and keep its shape. And there you have an adorable Coffee Stained Flower. You can use this on your layout, a card or even a gift tag!
