Christmas On Market Street Card Set Tutorial

Get a head start on the holidays with this card set made from the new My Mind's Eye Christmas On Market Street from FotoBella, including a December birthday card!

Supplies:                                                        Tools:
Christmas On Market Street                        ~ Ink Blending Tool
~ 12 X 12 Paper and Accessories Kit              ~ Distress Ink (Festive Berries and Evergreen Bough)
~ Journal Cards                                                ~ Red and Green Sprays or Mists
~ Mixed Bag                                                    ~ Glue
~ Chipboard Elements                                     ~ 5" X 6 1/2" Cards from Cardstock of your choice
~ Brads                                                             ~ Needle and Embroidery Threads (Optional)
~ Flair
~ Sticker Labels
~ Paper Tape

1. Mist or Spray the larger sized Journal Cards. Once dry, ink around the edges with the Blending Tool. I was originally going to make three cards, but since they're so easy, I added another one, which you can see in the next step.

2. Cut paper 5" X 6 1/2", ink the edges, and glue your Journal Cards to them. There's so many designs to come up with using the Mixed Bag, Chipboard Elements, Brads, Flair, Sticker Labels, and Paper Tape.

3. I was even able to make a birthday card by highlighting the number eight on the list that I got from the Mixed Bag. Simply pull it through the December Journal Card by making a couple of slices with your craft knife.

4. To make the Journal Cards pop even more, and if you have the time, you can hand stitch around them. Here's a closer look at the red and gold stitching that I added here.

5. And here's the red and green stitching along with some of the fun and festive embellies in this collection! Once you've done your stitching, glue to your cards!

Thanks for stopping by!
