Best Witches Darling Layout

Welcome, today I wanted to share a layout I did using the MME Frightful Bundle. I had these cute pictures of my girls playing with a witches hat.  I really wanted to use the paper for some non-Halloween pictures.  I used some flowers that I had in my stash but you can find similar ones here and here.  I really love the colors of this line. I like that not all the patterns are over the top Halloween.  I thought it made a fun page.

Overall:

Wild Card Poker Night Kit

I love when FotoBella challenges me!

I know, we all shy away from a challenge sometimes. I drew a creative blank when I saw this month's I Want It All Bundle
BUT, that all changed when I got the Wild Card Bundle in my hands! Creativity started flowing and look what came out of it:

Challenge yourselves and be amazed at what you can create!

Wild Card Garage Double Page Layout Tutorial

Wild Card Garage Double Page Layout

Supplies:
Wild Card Page
Wild Card Zoom Page
Noteworthy
Chipboard
Ephemera
Double Sided Tape
Charms
Water Spray Bottle
Paint Sprays
Stencils
 Jewels

Photo Sizes:
 8” x 4.5”
3.75” x 4”
 5” x 5.5”

Tools:
Paper Cutter
Hot Glue Gun

Cut out this blue square from the Wild Card Zoom page.
Pull the Green Tool Box piece and this Red Sheet out of the Ephemera package.
Using your Tim Holtz Paper Distresser, rough up the edges of each paper.
Spritz some water on each paper, let it soak in slightly. Crumple up the paper and then slightly flatten back out.
Spray some paint on each paper. Let them dry.

Using a stencil of your choice and Tim Holtz Black Crackle Paint, paint a few random areas of both Wild Card Sheets. Let dry.
With some tool stencils and Tim Holtz Distress Inks, randomly add some tools around each of the pages.

Print and cut your 3 pictures.
Rough the edges with the Distresser, then crumple the pictures slightly and flatten back out. Do not spray with water, the ink will run!

Once everything is dry, start to lay out items you want on your pages.
I pulled out a variety of arrows, a Garage sign and some chipboard pieces relating to this theme.
Once you like the placement, using double sided tape start to secure your paper layers.

Cut this checkered piece off of the front logo page of your bundle. It is the perfect size to fit behind the Garage sign.
Secure this to the top center of the left side page. Add some arrow and screw-head chipboard details.
I added some black glasses metal charm with a dot of hot glue.

Secure this Wrench Noteworthy with double sided tape and add a few jewels, or other details you prefer.

On the right side page, start layering the details you like. I added arrows and a steering wheel chipboard, along with a battery. With hot glue I secured another set of black glasses and a bug charm.

Once you get to this point you can always review and add more items of your choice.
Here is your finished layout!

MME Halloween Cards

Today I am sharing with you two Halloween cards I created using the MME Frightful bundle.

I created these two cards with my bundle.  They are super simple, but playful.  I pulled all the coordinating embellishments that matched the paper.  I used the side with the coordinating item for the interior of the card.  For example, I for the chandeliers I used the chandelier paper and folded it so that the chandeliers would be on the inside.  I added a solid color paper to the inside of each card so you can add a note to whoever you are sending it too.

Project Life Halloween Layout

Good Morning!  Jessica here with you today.  I wanted to share with you a double page layout I did using  MME Frightful Bundle and We R Memory Keepers divided page protectors.

I don't know about you but sometimes I create layouts that I have no clue what I am going to do with them exactly. Sometimes I see a paper line and and just want to create with it or make something for an event that I know is coming up.

I'm thinking that this will become a spread for this year's Halloween trick or treating in my project life album.  If I print the pictures in black and white it won't matter what everyone's costumes look like.  Now, I can't wait for Halloween so I can fill this up with pictures.  My finished spread will hold 1-horizontal 4x6, 1-vertical 4x6, 3-2x2 and 1-horizontal 3x4 photos.  I left the very top 3x4 section for my journaling.

Overall 2page spread:

12x12 1st page layout

2nd page spread (used the 6 pocket 4x6 vertical page protector)

Thanks for stopping by!  Hope you are ready to scrap those Halloween layouts.

Joyous ReDesigned Gift Box

Hello everyone! It's never too early to start preparing for the Holidays.

Here is a great idea for your personalized gift wrap this season. I love to reuse or repurpose anything I possibly can. Here, I took a not-so-appealing (but sturdy) box and transformed it into a sparkly personalized gift box.

Using your favorite papers from the Joyous I Want It All Bundle by My Mind's Eye and some Tim Holtz Distress Inks cover the box and ink the edges. (I used ModPodge to secure the paper to the box) For the gift tag, I spritzed it with water and then touched the edges of the tag to a distress ink pad. It will run and bleed quick, so be careful!
I took one of the letters from the Glitter Letter Banner package to create the 'personalization'. Then wrap it up with some Jute.
Anther fun technique is to take some scraps, cut them in long triangle like shapes, roll them tight and then pull them longways. I punched a hole in them and added them as a fun detail to the gift tag tie.

Have fun creating!

MME Halloween Tray

I have another Halloween decoration for you today.  I used the MME Frightful Bundle from FotoBella. I don't know why but I just keep wanting to make decorations with this bundle.

I honestly can't remember where I picked this tray up at.  I have had it for a few years.  I generally change out cards depending on the holiday season.  You could also take these cards and use them in your Halloween Project life spread once the season was over.  This actually only took me about an hour to complete.  It came together so fast.  I just looked at each card as a small individual layout.  I didn't really worry too much about what it would look like once I was done.  I took a few minutes to figure out which 4x6 card should go where.

Bo Bunny Fairy Mini Album

Hello Welcome!  Today I wanted to share a quick mini album I created with the Bo Bunny Enchanted Garden Line for FotoBella.  This album is super simple.  The completed album is 4x6 in size. I also broke out my cricut to cut the letters and a couple of the fairies you will see.  For the front cover, I cut a 4x6 piece and then rounded the corners on one side.

Front Cover:

For each inside page, I cut each piece at 4x10 piece of paper.  At times, you will see I trimmed this back to a little smaller depending on what I wanted to show on the back and from.  I then folded the piece over and glued the sides down to create the pocket you see.  I did this for each page and then went through to embellish everything.

I then cut out tags on my cricut and covered them with paper from an old book.  I inked the edges of each tag, embellished the tags and added a ribbon to the top.  I left the back in the plain white cardstock so that I could add the photos to the back.  The tags will each hold a 3x4 photo on the back.  I thought all those fairies from the diffferent patterened papers were cute, so I cute them out to create a second tag for each pocket.  Those will hold roughly a 2.5x3 photo on the back.

Below are pictures each completed page.

Thanks for stopping by and looking.
