Hi everyone. Laurie here with another fun project using the Crafternoon Collection from Kaisercraft. I designed this fun little mini album awhile back and thought it would be perfect for this collection.
I am going to a scrapbook retreat this summer and this will be perfect to put my photos in and preserve the memories. I wanted the booklet to focus on paper crafts so I used those words on the cover. I chose some of the generic papers for the pages. Each of the pages and the inside covers also have either a sticker mounted on cardstock or and ephemera piece as a tuck-spot for additional photos as well.
I used Graphic 45 Square Tags as inserts in each of the pages. I matted them in plain white cardstock using the tag die. I think they will be fun to add photos to or have new friends jot down their contact information so we can stay in touch.
The mini album is 5 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches with a chipboard cover and has 6 pages to add photos. I love it because it is large enough for photos and yet small enough for a special event. I chose not to add a lot of flaps and pockets to this one because sometimes....less is more!
I can't wait to add my photos after the retreat! I hope this inspires you to create a project for your special event as well.
I used these products for the album and you can find them all at Fotobella.com :
