Graphic 45 Flutter Accordion Album

Hello everyone. It is Olivia here to share this adorable Accordion Mini Album I created. This design is not my original design but I just love the interesting shape and how easily it folds up.  For this album, I am using Graphic 45 Flutter Paper Collection and the Graphic 45 Flutter Tags and Pockets

Now on the cover page, I used some glitter paste to create those awesome 3D flowers with a stencil. I am loving the Bo Bunny Glitter Paste and have a few more projects in the work with it. I will try to get a tutorial up on this paste soon.

The tricky thing about this album is it is super hard to take pictures off. But hope you can get an idea of the awesome layering that can be done on an album like this, especially with the gorgeous papers that Graphic 45 Creates.

See you all soon.

National Scrapbook Day with the FotoBella Design Team

Know what today is?
National Scrapbook Day!
A perfect day to celebrate all of the crafty things

Today we have the FotoBella Design Team, and a couple of incredible projects that they have crafted just for you.

Bloom & Grow Layout by Annie

I love bright colors and nature, so when I saw the Graphic 45 Flutter Collection, I knew I had to create something fun with it.  After splattering several colors of metallic paint diagonally across a piece of black canvas cardstock, I distressed the edges a bit and rubbed them with silver metallic wax.

Then I fussy-cut tons of butterflies, a few cards, and a frame out of some of the sheets in the collection and adhered them to the background with foam tape.  I made sure to curl all of the butterfly wings and add some rolled flowers from my stash so that everything looks like it's going to burst off the page.

Art Page by Drea

To scrap one of my favorite artists, I started this page with a piece of watercolor paper, adhered with napkins to give it texture similar to a canvas. Then I blended the background with Dylusions Paints, added some Prima Stamps (Finnabair Clear Stamp #4), and a couple of Stamperia Stencils (Steampunk Man and Clock and Mechanisms). The stencil work was done with black gesso and Art Alchemy Paints, with touches of Prima Rust Pastes. Some of the cogs and gears were made with the Finnabair Mechanica Mould, painted with black paint and Prima Waxes, and finished with some more Rust Pastes, also added to the Tim Holtz chains framing the painting.

We hope you are inspired to create today. Make sure you visit FotoBella.com to find all of your crafty products from your favorite companies.

Graphic 45 (Flutter) Art Journal Page

Hello FotoBella Fans! Drea here with an art journal page featuring the gorgeous Graphic 45 (Flutter) I REALLY Want It All Bundle, that I combined with my Ranger Dyan Reaveley's Dylusion's Paints from FotoBella.com

I started by tearing papers from the (Flutter) 8" X 8" Pad, since I worked in my smaller art journal, which measures 7" X 10". Then I cut the strip and title, and inked the edges with Distress Ink (Black Soot)

The small Ephemera card with the bee, was also inked, before adding some Chipboard.

Then I applied Prima Marketing Gesso (Black) to a stencil along the top and bottom left.

After cutting the butterfly from the Flutter 12 X 12 Paper Pack, came the fun part! Dylusion's Paints (Bubblegum PinkVibrant Turquoise, Cut Grass, Fresh Lime, Lemon Zest, Crushed Grape, and White Linen) slightly watered down, and applied with a brush and some sprays of water.

Graphic 45 (Flutter) 2 Page Layout

Flowers, bugs, butterflies, and bright colors mix beautifully, in the new Graphic 45 (Flutter) I REALLY Want It All Bundle from FotoBella.com! Drea here with a two page layout, showcasing this gorgeous collection that will leave you yearning for Spring.

I was instantly inspired by this fabulous sketch by Noreen Smith, and knew the butterflies would make great replacements for the hearts.

To replicate the fence in the photos, I applied Prima Marketing Gesso (White) to a wood grain stencil, onto both sheets of Bazzill Cardstock (Quicksand) from the Flutter Coordinating Cardstock.  Then I spritzed it with Distress Spray Stain (Hickory Smoke) and KasierMist (Coffee) Spray, followed by Dylusions Paint (Slate Grey) that I just rubbed on with my fingers.

The neutral colors make a great backdrop to the colorful butterflies that I fussy-cut from the Flutter 12 X 12 Paper Pack

I used a larger Ephemera card for my title, and inked the edges along with the patterned banner pieces, with Distress Ink (Black Soot).

All of the banner pieces were machine-stitched with a crisp, white thread.

To make the Sticker borders fit onto both pages, I cut and pieced them to look like one continuous line behind the photos, using a ruler for a guide.
