Happy National Coffee Day from FotoBella!

Happy National Coffee Day!!!  Good morning!  This holiday was handpicked for me!  I'm a coffee lover so you'll definitely find me at a coffee shop today <3

I put together a cute little project with Bo Bunny's Felicity collection from FotoBella.com in celebration of this fabulous day!  I found this awesome Lori Whitlock cut design in the Silhouette Store.

This is a 3D project that can be used to tuck in a gift card or little treat.  It's super simple to put together and tons of fun!

Hope you have a fabulous day and enjoy a cup o' joe!

Dylusions Fall Leaves

Happy first day of Fall! Drea with the Design Team, and I'm so happy to welcome my favorite season with this 2 page spread in my art journal using Ranger Dyan Reaveley's Dylusions Paints from FotoBella.com!

Before spraying my pages with some water, I placed some wax paper behind them to protect the other pages. Then I used my fingers to apply Squeezed Orange, Funky Fuchsia, and Crushed Grape to the page on the right, working quickly and spraying some more, before turning the page on the left down over the paints to reveal this background.

Once dry, I used the Ranger Dylusions Diamond in the Rough Stencil in random places with my Mini Ink Blending Tool to apply Dirty MartiniPomegranate Seed, Melted Chocolate, Pure Sunshine, and Tangerine Dream Paints, using the same colors for the leaves.

The leaves were done with one of my oldest stencils, but any one would do, including the Bo Bunny Falling Leaves Stickable Stencil or the Dylusions Fronds of Foliage Stencil.

To create leaves flying around, I made some with crisp paint lines, while leaving others with just a little bit of paint, fading the colors into the background with my Mini Blending Tool. Then I stamped some texture onto them with the Bo Bunny Rough It Up Stamp.

SO much fun with these Dylusions Paints from FotoBella.com! Thanks for looking!

Anticipation Bo Bunny Serendipity Layout

Don't you just love when you're saving a special photo for that perfect collection to come along? Drea with the Design Team, and I finally got the chance to scrap one of my favorite photos of my sister during her pregnancy, when she was absolutely glowing, using Bo Bunny's Serendipity Collection from FotoBella.com.

I started by combining some of the papers from the paper pack with ones from the Ephemera. The background and wood papers were inked along the edges with my Blending Tool using Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink. Then I used a large punch along the top and bottom of the leaf paper, and inked the edges with Broken China and Pine Needle Distress Inks, which I also used for my title work, in addition to a coat of Sprinkled Sugar Stickles.

From the Chipboard, I used the large flourish, butterflies, and tab on top of the photo where I added the date.

To the smaller Bo Bunny Blossoms (Clover Dahlia), I added a spritz of Broken China Distress Spray Stain.

I used my Tim Holtz Paper Distresser along some of my paper edges, and finished them off with machine stitching, which I also did in between the green laces from the Ephemera. The brads are also included in the Ephemera.

Thanks so much for looking, and shop FotoBella.com for this collection and more!

Love This Boy Layout with Bo Bunny Felicity

Apryl with the FotoBella Design Team with a layout today featuring the Bo Bunny Felicity Collection.  At first glance, you may not see the collections' potential for boy themed layouts.  However, if you choose carefully, it can be done.

For my layout, I chose a combination of brown, blues and creams for this layout and brought out it's masculine qualites.

I combined the embellishments of baker's twine, thickers, buttons and brads.  I also found some goodies in the Ephemera.

Garden Card

Hello, Hello!

Are you all ready for Fall, or are you still holding onto Summer? I am usually a Summer person, but this year I am definitely looking forward to Fall. This Summer has definitely been a hot and gross one! I am ready for some cool weather and of course, pumpkin everything!!

Jeri here, and I am loving my new bundle, the Cottage Life Collection by 49 and Market. It is full of flowers and gardening, but with a peaceful Fall feeling and calming colors.

My Mom's Birthday is coming up, so I thought I would make her a Garden Card with this bundle. The pages in this Collection basically lay out the perfect placement for focal areas, they are great! So, for the Card, I simply just cut a 12 x 6 section out of one of the pages, and folded it in half to make a 6 x 6 card.

I loved the placement of the flower bunch, so I added onto it with some of the 3D Stickers and then added some of the paper flowers for more depth and texture. I couldn't decide if I should add 'Happy Birthday' to the front of it, or leave as is. I think I love the simplicity of it as is!

For the inside, I again, cut a section out of one of the pages. I loved how it already had a border around it. I just cut a thin section out of the middle of it so I could place a piece on each side.
Again, I added some of the 3D Stickers and paper flowers for more decoration and focal points.

If you have not heard of 49 and Market before, head over to FotoBella.com and see their darling collections!

Serendipity Princess Zara Art Journal

The possibilities with art journaling are endless, and can really enhance creativity! Drea here with the Design Team, and I finished another page in my art journal using Bo Bunny's Serendipity Collection, featuring Prima Marketing's Princess Zara Stamp from FotoBella.com.

                          Supplies:                                                                    Tools:

* Bo Bunny Serendipity Ephemera                                * Blending Tool
* Bo Bunny Serendipity Noteworthy                             * Prima Marketing Watercolor Brush/Pen Set
* Sequins (Optional)

1. Apply Distress Inks to your craft mat, spray with water, and press art journal page onto it. I used Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Milled Lavender, and Tattered Rose to create an ethereal sky.

2. Glue smaller piece of feather paper from the Ephemera to the bottom left corner. Stamp wood grain to the bottom right with the Bo Bunny Rough It Up Stamp inked with Ranger's Archival Jet Black Ink.

3. Use Watercolor Brush/Pen to color the wood with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink. Stamp the princess with Archival Jet Black Ink about 1/2" above the feather paper, and use brush to color around the edges with Wilted Violet Distress Ink.

4. Stamp princess again onto sturdy white cardstock or watercolor paper. Color with Distress Inks or medium of your choice, fussy-cut, and glue over the first image.

5. Glue ribbon from the Ephemera in between the feather paper and princess stamp.

6. Glue the rest of the pieces from the Noteworthy, using Blending Tool with Frayed Burlap Distress Ink around the edges of the "Beautiful" banner and feathers.

7. The final and optional step is to add sequins to the centers of the flowers. You could also use beads, buttons, bling, or Stickles.

It was so fun and relaxing coloring her! Try it for yourself with supplies from FotoBella.com!

Wedding Card with Bo Bunny Felicity

Summer is winding down and I find myself heading into the next season with a lot of weddings to attend!  Bo Bunny Felicity collection has some wonderful designs that work well for wedding cards.  Apryl with the FotoBella Design Team greeting you today with wedding card inspiration.

I began by selecting pieces from the Ephemera package:  the papers for the base of the card, the doily,  and the silk flower.

I inked all the pieces, including the flowers, the "Your Special Day" sentiment and lattice piece from the Noteworthy packet.  I also added the beautiful wood accent pieces.  There are a lot of great things including in this collection with lots of project possibilities.  Get yours today from FotoBella.com  and enjoy!
