Hi crafty friends. It is so exciting to finally be able to share with you Part 1 of my mini album tutorial series. The series will include several videos broken down into segments of constructing pages and decorating pages. With this format, you will be able to work on your own album a little at a time. Or, if you have more time, you can construct and decorate the pages all in a day!

We will decorate the mini album with the adorable and classic Alice in Wonderland papers from Stamperia. In my previous FotoBella blog post, I shared a video of the supplies needed to decorate this album. You can purchase all of the Alice in Wonderland products from FotoBella’s online store.

Mini Album Tutorial Videos 2 - 4

This mini album tutorial series is perfect for the beginner mini album maker. However, I will show some new ideas that may also be of interest to the more advanced mini album maker. In the first video, I share the supplies that will be used to construct and decorate the album. Next, the second video will go step-by-step through the process of how to construct the base pages of the mini album. There will only be two pages in this album, but they will feature plenty of interactive elements.

Then, in the third video, we will begin constructing the various flaps, pockets, and interactive elements for the front of page 1. For example, I will teach you how to create a waterfall with a slide mechanism to move the pages.

Once we finish making the front of page 1, I will show you how to decorate it using the Alice in Wonderland collection by Stamperia. Video #4 is dedicated to decorating page 1 of the mini album. In the video, I will show you how to cut the papers, place magnets on the pages, and use the cut apart pieces from the papers as decoration.

After you have completed this series of video tutorials, you will have a fully competed page. Stay tuned for my next FotoBella blog post where I will walk you through the process of constructing and decorating the back of page 1. I hope you have found this tutorial series helpful and if you have any questions, please leave a comment below or in the comments on the YouTube videos.

Happy crafting!
