Thank you card with Carta Bella Are We There Yet

Apryl with the FotoBella design team sharing a card today using the extras I had left from previous projects made with the Are We There Yet Carta Bella collection.  This would be a great card to give a gracious host or tour guide while you were on vacation.

The base of the card is blue card stock from American Crafts.  I added a couple of chipboard stickers and beach arrrow sticker, a strip of extra patterned card stock and some cute black mini thickers.  You can made this card in a snap.  Gather your scraps and make some cards!

Have a fabulous day!

Photoplay Travel Layout

Hello Lovely People,

I'm here today sharing a layout I did using the Photoplay Boarding Pass line.  I'm in love with those balloons.  I knew they were going to be used on a layout.  The colors in this line are really vibrant and so much fun to use.  It works for just about any travel pictures you have, even the random ones at rest stops along your journey like this one.

Christmas in July layout fun

Hello,

Happy Christmas in July!  I have a confession.  I am addicted to Hallmark Christmas movies.  This week they have been doing a Christmas in July.  I thought it was so much fun, so I decided to create a couple of layouts to get ahead of the game for this Christmas. All I will have to do is add pictures and layouts done!

I created the layouts with Bo Bunny's Merry and Bright Line.  There is still plenty in the shop so make sure you check it out.

This single page layout has space for two 4x4 photos. This one could even be used for snow playtime pictures.

This double page layout as space for one 4x6 photo and two 3x4 photos.  This one is just waiting on pictures of opening presents or those classic pictures of the tree with all the presents underneath.  Come on you know you take that each year.

Thanks for stopping by to look!  Make sure you hope over and check out all the fun Christmas things at FotoBella.

Deer Camp Party with Silhouette

Hello everyone!!
It's Jeri here, and if you have read some of my previous posts, you would know how happy I am that I finally purchased a Silhouette CAMEO! I am not sure why I waited so long to get my hands on one, but the deal at FotoBella was better than anywhere I could not resist!

I have been using this machine constantly, and my nephews 5th birthday was coming up. So of course I volunteered myself to make the decor.
This years theme was Tayvin's Deer Camp. I grabbed a couple sheets of Camo Paper and started to design and cut!

It was so easy to size, flip and organize the designs so they all fit on 1 sheet for less paper waste.

Here is one of the signs for the table that will hold the masks and binoculars.

Next up is the Antler Photo Backdrop. The words were easily cut with the Silhouette CAMEO. And of course I made Tayvin help me lay it all out on the poster board.

It hung perfectly outside with duct tape, for the kids photos.

The masks and binocular table all set up.
The masks designs were downloaded from the Silhouette store and easily cut out with the CAMEO. TIP: use some very strong adhesive, as they will eventually separate with the kids playing! :)

I was so happy the masks fit the kids faces perfectly!

And the Antler Backdrop was a hit!

The Silhouette CAMEO gives you some serious party planning cred!
This party was a super success!

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy 4th of July!

What's 4th of July without fireworks?  Drea here with the Design Team, and I had a blast making this page in my art journal with my Dyan Reaveley's Dylusions Paints from FotoBella.com!

I started by masking the stripes with some Artist Tape using Postbox Red applied with my Mini Blending Tool. Then I went over them again in the same color using the Tim Holtz Stripes Stencil. The next step was the zigzags made with the Tim Holtz ZigZag Stencil and After Midnight. To fill in the background, I used my fingers to apply a layer of  London Blue followed by After Midnight. Finally, the stars were done with a stencil and White Linen, before adding the title made with the Tim Holtz Alphabet Mask and the Cargo Stencil.

These fireworks photos taken over Lake Tahoe a few years ago were cut from the same star stencil.

For some sparkle, I outlined them with Christmas Red, Blue Bayou, and Sea Spray Stickles.

Thanks for your visit, and have a safe and happy 4th of July from all of us at FotoBella.com!
