Swap Ideas Day

Happy Swap Ideas Day!

We love being a part of the crafting community, everyone is so uplifting and enjoys sharing tips and techniques. So today is a wonderful day to celebrate!

We wanted to share some of the best ideas from past projects made by our incredibly talented design team.

Here's a fun idea from Drea

With some Chipboard, I used the light purple flourish and covered it with a coat of Tim Holtz Distress Collage Medium Crazing. After it dried, I colored it with 3 different permanent inks to highlight the crackles.

Here's a fun idea from Jessica

Combine a card and mini album all in one! The finished size is 7.5"x5.5", and it holds a whopping 11 pictures! I could have gotten 10-13 more if I did all picture on the accordion fold out, smaller pictures where I used the one large 4x6 photo and added them to the pull out tags in the center. For, me this was the magical number for my album this time.

Here's a fun idea from ReNae

Tassels are so popular and are so easy to make!
Just roll up the paper, decorate, and hang from a chain!

Here's a fun idea from Apryl

Have you ever made a framed art project with your cutting machine and scrapbook supplies?  It's easy!
Grab a frame and some paper you like. Cut a saying out, I used my Silhouette Cameo and a piece of 12' x 12' white textured card stock. Layered it on top of some coordinating prints.

Here's a fun idea from Jeri

I easily added a sky to my layout by watercoloring with Prima Marketing Oil Pastels.
I added some clouds using some Prima Marketing Heavy Gesso
