Basic Grey Fresh Cut Sign

Hello and Welcome everyone.  Today I wanted to share with you a sign I made to welcome spring.  I have a little wall between my front door and the bathroom door.  I like to put up little signs for whatever the season or holiday is current.  I thought I would get ready for spring with this little sign.

I used the Basic Grey Fresh Cut I want it all bundle.  Which if you haven't checked it out is perfect for spring or summer pictures.

First, I cut done a piece of 12x12 to be 6x10 chipboard. 

Next I measured over 1.5" and down 0.5"  to punch holes in the chipboard to hang the sign from.  

Next, I cut down the a 6x10 piece of the paper sweat pea square.  Then attach that to your chipboard and punch the holes

From there I selected the quote sheet that had the make mudpies saying on it and the loving spring.  Both are from the Fresh Cut Capture Snippet pack.  I used foam tape underneath the loving spring sign in order to give it a little more dimension and stand out some.  I also add the flowers to the bottom of the long quote.

From there you can start embellishing how you would like.  I kept my pretty simple but you could add more or less or even a picture if you wanted.

For the final touches I added ribbon to the sign to hold it up.
