a quick pick me up for a friend.

Basic Grey. Here you can see that this would be a great card for a man.

Simply Spring Wall Decor

Using your Fotobella Bundles to make home decor is a great way to customize, and make unique pieces you will love! 

Simply Spring Bundle by We R Memory Keepers

4 different papers of your choice

Chipboard Alphabet Stickers

4 wood pieces of your choice

Mod Podge

Foam Brush

You will need 4 pieces of wood. I chose precut Masonite.

Place paper of your choice on top of the wood, measure and cut to fit on top.

With some Mod Podge and a foam brush, smear some on the wood. Place your paper on top and smooth it out. Make sure there are no bubbles or curling edges. Then place a thin layer of Mod Podge on top and let dry.

Choose a word that holds meaning, and with the Alphabet Chipboard Stickers, place the word in the bottom right corner of the wood piece you would like to be in the bottom right of the décor. 

And there you have a very simple, quick and completely customizable wall décor. Get creative with it! Enjoy.

Also, offered is coordinating Washi Tape! Wow! That’s a whole LOT of Yumminess!

And I used every bit of it right here in my Paper Roses and Paper Vase, for my Mom!



These paper Roses will last for my mom a long time and will remind her of a daughter that loves her very much

I used SVGCuts Svg Kit ‘Mom’s Garden Gifts’ for the roses and the the vase! This SVG kit comes with all the cutting files you'll need to create these Roses and Vase.  Also, each kit comes with an assemly video to explain and show, in detail, how to put every thing together.
 


Any 3/16″ dowel will work and I used round wooden dowels from my local walmart store. I also painted all of the dowels with White Apple Barrel Gloss acrylic paint and white floral tape to wrap my leaves in place. I found using my hot glue gun did a better job at adhering the centers of the rose buds.



Also, available is the coordinating My Mind’s Eye ‘Notable  Collection’ Washi Tape! Which I created the 'ribbon' border aroud the top area and added epoxy dots. Pretty cool, eh? lol

Cutie Pie Chef Layout & Celebration Tag

We R Memory Keepers Feeling Groovy Collection, a collection that matches my daughter's personality.  Beautiful and vibrant spring colors are so much fun to work with.  I chose these photos of my daughter helping bake Easter cookies to do the layout with.  I also used one of my favorite tools, the Lucky 8 Fancy Scroll Punch.  Added a few flowers and bling and the layout came out beautifully.  

Here are the closeup shots to capture all the details in this layout.

The Lucky 8 punch made a great border with the teal card stock which I overlaid the 12x12 shape punched out of the striped paper.  

I also love the chipboard letters that come with this collection.

I also created a tag for any celebratory occasion with by combining several patterned papers, an embossed tag and ribbon.  I really love the embossed tags that We R Memory Keepers adds to all their collections.

I used SVGcuts svg files from the Mother’s Day Flower Pot Card svg kit! It comes with everything you need to make this card and even an envelope that your card will fit nicely into.



I used the blue and white polka dot washi tape, brads, epoxy dots that came with the kit. In addition, I used Craft wire to make a wobbly flower [pretty Cute, right]?! I also, used We R Memory Keepers Wide Eyelets and some yummy Trendy Twine to wrap it all up My Card is entered in Trendy Twine Challenge, you still have time to enter until April 26th to enter, too!

Jewelry Creations from your Scrapbook Bundles

Hello crafters, Jeri again. 

I am sure some of you out there are just like me, and love to create just about everything that defines who we are. I love making jewelry.

A bronze pendant, ModPodge Dimensional, a turquoise bead, some turquoise wire and a brown leather cord.

Let me just start with saying that I LOVE THIS COLLECTION!  We R Memory Keepers For The Record is full of fabulous patterned paper, embellishments and the colors are fantastic!  If I were you I would head right over to Fotobella.com and buy the For The Record bundle, you will not regret it.

The colors in the collection are perfect for those 'guy' photos!  I really love how this layout turned out.

The embossed tags are great for adding dimension to your page.

The color combos and patterns, and they all work well together so you can't go wrong mixing and matching to get that perfect look.  I have some more biker photos to scrapbook and I can't wait to use the rest of this paper to do it!

Simply Spring Layout

Jeri here, and I hope everyone out there had a great Easter weekend! 

I sure did!! 

My husband and I were lucky enough to meet up with my family in Arizona for a week. We pretty much lived in the pool :)

I love being an aunt and I enjoyed every moment of that week with my niece and two nephews. 

This adorable Simply Spring Bundle by We R Memory Keepers was the perfect bundle to capture the springtime fun we had. And the Sew Easy by We R Memory Keepers added some cute detail too! 

Groovy Cards w/ We R Memory Keepers

Do you ever need a card and just don't have the right one on hand?  I know the feeling, I'm always trying to whip something up at the last second.  With the We R Memory Keepers Feeling Groovy I Want It All bundle, I made a few cute and simple cards that will be great to have on hand.  

I also made a small box to hold the cards until I'm ready to use them.  In the collection I included a several themes including Thank you, Congratulatory and Love.

Spinning Photo Memory Box!

Mother’s Day is coming up soon and even though I designed my Spinning Photo Box nearly six months ago, I was waiting for some really sweet papers to make it come alive.

When, FotoBella sent me this month’s DT goodies from My Mind’s Eye ‘Noteable Collection’, I took one look at those Tangerine, Turquoise and Happy Yellows and said, That’s it!  And my Spinning Photo Box was born!

Yes, it really Spins! Whatcha think?



Besides, 20 Textured heavy weight double sided papers, My Mind’s Eye ‘Noteable Collection’ has so much to offer such as, stick pins, brads, stickers, notes, layered stickers, chipboard stickers, stamps, epoxy dots and decorative buttons! Wow! That’s a whole LOT of Yumminess!

With the lid off you can see I stuffed a few cards, from the collection and more pics in there All the photos are 2×2″ with a 1/8 th border cut. I used Print & Cut on my Silhouette Cameo to P & C some of my Fav pics of my Grandbaby



Just embellishing with a few epoxy dots, stickers and chipboard really sends quite a ‘silly’ and Fun message!



Then, I tied a sweet bow made with Trendy Twine through MME decorative Button and Stick pin!
Also, I just love My Mind’s Eye Coordinating Washi Tape of turquise dots, tangerine strips and arrows! Love Love Love these! You can see the MME sticker right through the tape! Cool!


 
I used SVGcuts svg files from the ‘Acorn Autumn’ svg kit, cornfield Owl Box [panels, box]. I sliced the corn off the smallest box side, cut a 2×2″ square in the middle [where photo slides in].  Then, from the ‘Sew Crafty’ svg Kit, I used the file Spool of Thread Box [lid, bottom] for the Spinning Pedestal.  For the Lid, I used SVGcuts ‘Crisp Days of Fall’ svg Kit, file Matchbox [outer box, resize to 7.070Wx6.955H and slice in the middle of each tab on each side]. Glue all four tabs to form lid.

Now you have a sweet memory box that will be sure to delight any New Mom, Friend, Gramma or Aunt!

Simply Spring Card

I am welcoming Spring with my door wide open!! So ready for the chirping birds, the flowers blooming and the hot sun beating down! 

This new Simply Spring Bundle by We R Memory Keepers sure put me in the Spring mode!

And I was also lucky enough to receive this Sew Easy Starter Kit by We R Memory Keepers from the generous team at Fotobella! 

I had to dive in and try this out. 

It was so easy to use and so fun! I cannot wait to try out the rest of the Sew Easy shapes.
