Camping Invite Card

This fun camping paper comes with pre-printed squares that are fun to use for cards. Cut out the outdoor print with a tent. This will be the front of the invite. Place the cut out piece on top of the back page. I marked it so it is about 1/8” larger on all 4 sides. Cut out the pack piece and attach with double sided tape.

Then, grab your alphabet stamps and some black ink. Stamp “Camping Trip” at the top left side of the back of the invite.

Round up the Star Stickers and 1 Star Button. Place them randomly up in the right hand side.

Then place the “Boot Print” stamp on an acrylic block. I used a sage green ink. Stamp the boots up the right side of the invite.

This is what it should look like so far:

A few lines down from “Camping Trip”, Place a yellow gem. With a smaller alphabet stamp set, and green ink, stamp “A Daily”. Then put a sticker that says “Hike” next to that. The next 2 lines should be the same but with “Learn To” stamp and “Fish” Sticker.  Then “Tell” Stamp and “Ghost Stories” Sticker.

Below those, center the word “Bring” with the larger alphabet stamps.  Then place some stickers with images of what they should bring. I put the boots, sleeping bag and a lantern.
To make these stand out more, I traced the edges of the stickers with a brown Sharpie.

I then drew a square border around the whole back of the card. Use a ruler to make the line straight and even.

And the back is finished!

For the front of the card, grab some natural twine and tie some bows. Attach these to the front top corners of the 3d sticker “Welcome Campers”.

Then find the Trinket packet and we will use the acorns, leaves and the larger out in the woods frame. Cut some twine, various lengths, 3” and 4”. Glue one acorn/leaf trinket on the ends of the twine, and glue the other end to the back of the “Welcome Camper” sticker.  I placed one leaf and one acorn trinket to each side of the sticker. Place 2 short strands of twine to the larger frame trinket and attach that to the center of the sticker.

Attach the sticker to the top left side of the front of the invite. The trinkets should hang freely.

And the front of the invite is finished!
