Sleigh Bells Ring 2 Pager

I'm so glad I held onto these older Christmas photos of my son, because they were meant to be scrapped with the new Sleigh Bells Ring I want it all bundle by My Mind's Eye from FotoBella! Just look at how perfect his shirt matches that paper! Sorry for the weird photo, but in real life the plaids all align together.

I took my inspiration from this sketch.

All of the stitching was stamped, as well as the flourish coming from the sleigh. I used the Word/Alpha Stickers for the year and the banner. Christmas, the Bingo card, Santa, the snowflakes, sleigh, and small circles come in the Mixed Bag, which still has so many goodies left in it. I used the Wood Dots to attach the banner, and for the center of the red snowflake on the right photo.

I used all but one of the Decorative Tapes on both pages. I added the Enamel Shapes to the black snowflake and snowflake on the sleigh. I used a notebook stencil and Distress Inks (Mowed Lawn and Peeled Paint), to create the border under the gingham paper.

Joyous Noel Advent Calender

It's never too early to start planning ahead! Especially when you are planning fun and festive Holiday Decor!

For this Joyous Noel Advent Calender I combined a sparkly Noel Banner with the Advent Calender. This way, as you take down the days one by one, you still have a Holiday Banner.
I covered some of the clothespins with Blue Snowflake Decorative Tape from the Joyous Bundle by My Mind's Eye, and added some Pinwheels to each end. I made 2 strips of Decorative Tape, and hung them on each side of the Banner. This is what I clipped the tags to. For the Banner, I used a strand of Large Link White Plastic Chain.

MME + Sleigh Bells Ring = Joy

Joy was the look on my face upon first opening up my new Sleigh Bells Ring I want it all bundle, by My Mind's Eye, from FotoBella! I fussy cut around this adorable photo of my son from 2005 to add to the middle of the O in JOY.

I used some Distress Inks, (Mowed Lawn and Pine Needles), to go around the zigzag edges of the striped paper and the bow. I hand-stitched the circle in red and white, and added some green fiber around it. I also hung the bell ornament with some stitching, which I got from the Mixed Bag, as well as the small circle of berries and the BE MERRY tag, which I placed right below the striped Decorative Tape. Over the tape I placed the snowflake circle with the Decorative Brad. The date was done with the Word/Alpha Stickers, which I absolutely LOVE!!

Thanks for looking!

Joyous Layout Tutorial

Joyous Layout

Supplies:
Dear Santa Page
Noel Page
North Pole Page
Merry Page
Decorative Tape
Gems
Alpha & Word Stickers
Decorative Tags
Brown Ink Pad
Double Sided Tape
Photo Sizes:
3” x 3”
Tools:
Paper Cutter
Scissors
Ruler
Pencil

Find the Dear Santa Page from your bundle, this will be the Layout page.
With the North Pole Page, cut a couple of Trees, any size you would like. Mine are 2.75”x8” and 3.5”x6”.
Using Seedless Preserves Distress Ink, ink the edges of the trees.
With a brown ink pad, ink the edges of the Dear Santa page.

Find the Noel Page and cut this design out. Notch the edges, or keep square, whichever you prefer. Slightly ink the edges with your brown ink pad.

Find your adorable Christmas morning picture and crop it down to 3”x3”
With the Merry Page, cut a slightly larger mat for the picture.
Find the round Joy Decorative Tag and ink the edges with your brown ink pad.

Now start layering!
I started with a couple stripes of the Decorative Tape. Feel free to add how much or how little you want.

I placed the glitter cutout, the trees, picture and tag on top of the Decorative Tape. From here I decided whether to add more tape under them or not. If you are content, then using double sided tape, secure all of your layers.
Now you can add a couple strips of Dear Santa… Decorative Tape, a few Word Stickers and some Gems.

I added a few more Gems in the top corner of the picture as well.

And your Joyous Layout is now finished!

Joyous Gift Tag

So picture this: You are running late for a birthday party, you grab the gift and notice you forgot to attach a gift tag!
The only paper you have on your craft table is the new Joyous I Want It All Bundle by My Mind's Eye ... and it's only August! What do you do?
Well that's what is so great about the Bundles from FotoBella! Each bundle is so versatile and there are papers or embellishments that can be used individually for other themes and events.

I needed a gift tag today for this Pallet Wine Rack I made, so I grabbed this beautiful Flourish Page, cut a circle, inked the edges with the Mustard Seed Distress Mini, punched a hole at the top and tied it with some Jute.
It matches the gift perfectly!

Love the chipboard stickers and how they really pop against the dark red card stock.

And the arrows, one of my favorite patterned papers in this collection.  What will your favorite be?  Stop by Fotobella.com and see!

MME Sleigh Bells Ring Treat Bag Tutorial

The new My Mind's Eye, Sleigh Bells Ring, I want it all bundle from FotoBella, has everything you could ever need to get an early start on your holiday projects! I came up with a quick and easy way to decorate this treat bag that's perfect for cookies, fudge, or even a gift card.

Supplies: My Mind's Eye Sleigh Bells Ring                  Other Supplies:

Treat Bags                                                                   Distress Inks:  Black Soot
Decorative Tape                                                                                Fired Brick
Mixed Bag                                                                                         Forest Moss
Word/Alpha Stickers                                                                         Peeled Paint
Bows                                                                          Glue
                                                                                   Black Puffy Paint
                                                                                   Blending Tool

Directions:

1. Use your blending tool to ink around the treat bag using Distress Inks (Fired Brick, Peeled Paint, and Forest Moss). Use just the pad of Black Soot to finish the edges.

2. Place a piece of the Decorative Tape along the bottom of the bag, and choose one of the many word stickers to go over it.

3. To make the bow, take all three pieces and use Black Soot Distress Ink all around the edges, using the blending tool, and finishing it off with the pad.

4. Take the longest piece and fold and glue the ends towards the back.

5. Now turn your bow over and glue it to the bottom piece, aligning the centers.

6. Use the little strip to wrap it around your bow, and glue the ends together.

I finished it up by inking the edges of the bird, that comes in the Mixed Bag, with Black Soot Distress Ink, and using black puffy paint to make the eye. Thanks for looking!

Bo Bunny Enchanted Garden Card

Welcome.  I am sharing a card I created using the Enchanted Garden collection. I decided to put my cricut to good use and cut the thinking of you sentiment out for the front of the card.  This card was really simple to make.  I love the idea of the tri-fold design and wanted to incorporate that into this card.  The finished size is roughly 4x6.

Bo Bunny Enchanted Garden Layout

Hello Everyone!  Today I wanted to share a layout I did using the BoBunny Enchanted Garden Line.

I had this picture of my daughter in her Valentines day dress from a couple years ago.  The colors fit perfectly with it.  This line is so much fun to work with.  There are so many options with it.  In case, you can't tell I'm addicted to the Martha Stewart punch.

Have a beautiful day! Smiles, Jessica

Thank You Card

Hello everyone.
It is always nice to get a little 'Thank You' from someone, just to know people really DO care! I encourage you to make some Thank You's and send them to people that mean something to you!

Having an I Want It All Bundle from FotoBella makes any project quick and easy! I used the Lemonade Stand Bundle by Bo Bunny. It is packed full of bright, colorful pages, Die-Cuts, Chipboard Buttons and Stickers.. and more!
I also gave the edges a nice shadow with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Brick and Spiced Marmalade.
