Vintage My Mind's Eye Christmas Tag

Have you seen My Mind's Eye's new Christmas Collection, Vintage Christmas?  If not, you must!  It's to die for.  I've been working with it for Fotobella's Design Team and I'm in love.

My latest creation is a Christmas tag.

Quite simple to put together.  I chose just a few papers, cut out a heart matted it by cutting a scalloped heart and placed it in the center.

I had to cut the chipboard arrow in order to place the two ends behind the heard and place the center piece on top of the heart. Added the chipboard arrow behind the heart and then added the layered Merry Christmas Sticker.  I tied some copper raffia at the top of the tag and viola!

Making a Gift Tag in a Pinch is a Cinch!!

And it was just in time, because I needed to make a gift tag and ship a package off that day.

I cut a square out of this adorable paper.
Used some neon pink embossing powder with this cute stamp.
Punched a couple holes and threaded some bakers twine through and around the gift.
Finished it off with a cute 'Hello' chipboard.
Quick & easy!

Need 4 Speed Racing layout

A big shout out to Fotobella and Carta Bella fans out there today!  How's everyone doing?  Glad you could stop by the blog today see what's going on :)  I'm sharing a layout made with Carta Bella's Well Played collection and showing how it can used for more than just "game" themed layouts and projects.

When I saw the black & white checkered paper in this collection it immediately reminded me of the checkered flag in racing and....my racing photos that have been waiting ever so patiently to be scrapped!  So here you have it, a day of racing at K-1 Speedway for father and son.

I layered various papers, created the arrows with the Chevron paper, made the title with black thickers and layered a couple of stickers from the collection.

I can't wait to scrap the rest of these photos to go along with this layout.  You can get your own Carta Bella Collection at Fotobella.com and get to scrappin' your photos that are also just waiting be be scraped.  This collection may be just what you need!

Have a fabulous day!

Lucky You Birthday Card

Hello there, I'm glad to back to share a card today that I made for my nephew's 9th birthday.  The Carta Bella Well Played collection is a fun collection that can be used for more than just a "game" theme.

I started with the fun and bright zig zap paper for the base of the card.  I then chose the tic tac toe paper since it is perfect for a kids card.  I made a pocket with that and tucked the playing cards inside, using the 9 of clubs card in the center since my nephew is turning 9 year old :) I used several of the stickers in the collection and popped them up with some foam tape.  I love the festive look of this card.  Hope you enjoy it as well.  Thanks for stopping by!  You can find this great collection at Fotobella.com.

Have a fabulous day!

Stamped "Something Wicked this way comes" stamp with Perfect Medium onto black card stock then  added black embossing powder and heat set. Added the small banner flags to the left edge and Steampunk Women chipboard. Attach chipboard and black flag with brads.

Happy Creating-

The pens are so smooth and flawless drawing…I couldn’t keep my eyes off how fast it drew the Silhouette Design! Wow!
I used Colorbok Foil paper and Silhouette Butterfly designs and cut out and added some Trendy Twine for the bow!  P R E T T Y!
For the Cup I used purple and black vinyl which also can be found at FotoBella online shop!
The Cri-Kit Bundle comes with Everything above which includes an EMBOSSER with two sizes … I can’t wait to try it out…visit soon for another project using the Cri-Kit Embosser!

Graphic 45 Steampunk Spells 3D Hat

 Hello Crafties-

Sarinda here with another fun project with Graphic 45 Steampunk Spells. The more I use this collection the more I love it and see how versatile it is. I used my Silhouette Cameo and a Leprechaun Hat cut file. Assembled the hat, curving up the edges of the brim and made the paper flowers with pop up dots. Fussy cut out the steampunk women and assembled all together.  This project was surprisingly pretty quick. I can see this project as a center piece for a Halloween Celebration.

Enjoy-!

It's Your Birthday Card

Hi there, I just wanted to pop in and share my latest project with Echo Park's Beautiful Life.  I really really love this collection and am having a lot of fun designing with it!

This birthday card is full of fun elements!  Banners, Bingo card, Alpha Stickers and Stickles combined for an eccelectic but beautiful look!  I used the hand cut banners and created a pocket.  Secured them with staples (a fun element!) and then tucked the Bingo card and Time Flies ticket into the pocket.

I love all the possibilities with this collection.  Stop by Fotobella.com and get your own.  You won't be disappointed :)

Have a fabulous day!

What I used:

Chess Anyone?

I'm blogging for Fotobella today and sharing a layout made with Carta Bella's Well Played Collection.  I've had my eye on this collection and was thrilled when it showed up on my door step!  As you can see, I had the pictures waiting for this collection to arrive.

Chess anyone?  My kids loved these giant chess pieces we discovered while on our cruise to celebrate the New Year with family.  And I loved re-living those fun memories while scrapping these photos.  They are the perfect photos for this Well Played Collection.

Great patterns and stickers brought some real color pop to this layout!

I matted a few of the stickers with black card stock and popped the others up with foam tape.

This collection is really fun to work with.  Have any Vegas photos out there waiting to be scrapped?  If so, visit Fotobella.com and get yourself this collection.

Have a fabulous day!

5-Minute Funny Encouragement Card!

KimberlyRae, here again with a 5-minute Card!  Seriously, easy peasy, looks Great and only took 5 minutes to make!
Funny-Card-by-KimberlyRae
Ok, so to get started I trimmed a piece of MME cardstock to measure 5′ x10″ and scored in the center and fold.  [Forms Cardbase]

I used the washi tape, epoxy dots, journalling card and stickers to embellish the inside of my card!

Then, I trimmed a 2×5″ piece of flower printed cardstock as the backdrop for my layers.
Next, I made sticker out of one of the kit’s cardstock tags and placed one of the Card Stock heart layered sticker ontop of that.
Then, I added a ‘YOU’ sticker to read ‘YOU” are the best at being ‘FUNNY’.  For the ‘funny’ sentiment I used MME’s stamps and epoxy dots.
I also, tied a sweet bow around one of the stick pins and stuck it though the cardstock layered sticker!
The MME Collectable Bundle I used is available at FotoBella’s shop HERE!
